Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Northeast

I was a guest at the Hotel yesterday and a man was really ignorant and offensive to the waitress and right away the manager didn't even try to to fix the situation, she right away comped the man's food and after the man threatened the waitress, the manager didn't even ask even she was OK, i couldn't believe how the manger handled that, I have worked in customer service for 40 years and I never seen a manger handle a situation so badly, I hope she can take take a lesson from this awful review for management, but the waitress should get handling situations like that the way she did, P.s. Luck the other man was there or the waitress would of gotten hit by the Guy, and management conped his food and didn't even Check on the waitress!! Wow

Nice accomodations. Stayed in two different rooms on different stays. One of the rooms didn't have a working lock on the bathroom. Could use more outlets bedside. Otherwise, rooms were fine. Reservations and the front desk were helpful and courteous. Even though there was a party downstairs, upstairs was quiet. On a two night stay, the room was not serviced between nights. Had to request fresh towels.

I stay here at least once a year when I'm in town for an event just down the road a bit. I always enjoy my stay here and the staff have all been kind and very accommodating. I do wish the price was a bit lower, as it keeps increasing over the years, but that can't be helped I suppose. The price is pretty much the same for most of the hotels around of this quality. The rooms are always nice. Clean. The beds are comfortable. I've not had any issues with this hotel and I will continue to stay here when I make the drive out to the area.

Definitely not the nicest hotel, but I travel for work and stay at Marriott properties weekly. However, this review is really to give a special shout out to Joska at the front desk. When I arrived, there was a long line building up and she was handling everything on her own. She stayed calm, patient, and took care of everyone without missing a beat. On top of that, I had an issue with my door lock and later requested a room change due to a cigarette smell. I hate to be “that person,” but Joska was so sweet and accommodating through it all.

Review of the Event Space – Black Women About Business Expo. I had the opportunity to sit on the panel along side powerful women curated by Leading Lady Dar. The experience was impactful. I attended the Black Women About Business Expo, and I was pleasantly pleased from the moment I walked in. The event space was beautiful — spacious, clean, and the atmosphere was perfect for the kind of powerful experience this event was designed to create. Everything flowed seamlessly: the layout, the food setup, the vendors, the panel area — it all came together effortlessly. The location was convenient, parking was easy, and the entire environment made it feel like the Expo had everything it needed to excel. My book The Side Hustle Author Blueprint was a sell out. A special shoutout to Leading Lady Dara, who did an AMAZING job hosting and supporting the vision. Black Women About Business not only delivered a phenomenal event. Overall, it was a powerful, well-executed event — and the event space played a huge part in making it a success. Highly recommend!

It's a good hotel, with very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.

I stayed a few nights over the holidays. The room was fine and budget friendly. There was peeling paint everywhere in the room, but the room itself wasn't bad. The location was pretty good with lots of shopping around.

We recently hosted our event at this conference hall, and the experience was outstanding. The space is modern, clean, and very well-organized. The audio and video equipment worked flawlessly, and the staff were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire event. The seating was comfortable, the temperature was well-controlled, and the hall had excellent acoustics. Our guests were very satisfied, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended for conferences, seminars, and large meetings.
